Our doors open in 1979 as a single stall pizzeria. Since then we have grown to be the longest operating full service restaurant in Wilton Manors.
In 2016 Bona Italian was purchased by us (Glen & Mark) and we have re-introduced Bona Italian to the Wilton Manors community. Our focus is on quality, consistency, service and giving back to our community.
We have invigorated the restaurant by doing updates to the interior while keeping and respecting it’s history. Our staff includes our Chef Serol who has been with Bona for over 20 years, our kitchen staff makes all our items to order with the freshest ingredients available. We cater to our Vegan and Vegetarian friends by offering many entrees and our pizzas as these options.
